KIDS BJJ BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
This is a formal training in the art of jiu- jitsu in the GI. Kids age ranges from 4-15. We learn discipline and techniques with a game at the end.
We have Gi's you can borrow or you may purchase your own. We recommend bringing slip on shoes and water bottles.
The class is 60 minutes with a warm up, specific jiujitsu exercises, jiu-jitsu instruction from the instructor, jiujitsu drills, and then rolling or live training.
Kids classes are under the reins of Black Belt Jason Pon. He is also the lead instructor for the kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program. We split the kids into two main groups. Small Fries ages 4 to 8 (give or take) and Medium/Large Fries.
Small fries are usually instructed by Coach Mike and assisted by Mrs. Jenni. Coach Mike will be out until March 2022.
HOME SCHOOL AND LEARN FROM HOME STUDENTS
Dive Right In
The class starts out with an ice breaker game to help everyone make friends and take those nervous jitters away. We then proceed to our warm up which includes running, listening to my voice for instructions, push ups, front rolls, cartwheels, etc. Once we are good and warm and hopefully extinguished some of our wiggles, we start on our jiujitsu lesson for the day. Kids have an opportunity to practice. We end our class with more play time, usually dodge ball with soft sensory balls or sharks and minnows. Our class objective is to make friends, learn and be empowered by jiujitsu techniques, and be physically active in an encouraging and uplifting environment.
Parents have a sitting area and there are a few books, coloring books etc, for younger siblings unable to participate.
Class is only $5. Cash is preferred, due to credit card/debit card fees- but that is still an option!

XTRA WRESTLING CLUB
Xtra Wrestling Club, is a group of wrestling parents and coaches with a common goal of getting the kids more mat time once school wrestling season is over. The goal is to nurture the abilities they have and continue to build on them. There will be opportunities for members to go to tournaments.
Schedule as follows:
Monday and Wednesday: 5:30-6:30 Elementary/Middle School Wrestling and 7:30-9:00 Middle School to High school wrestlers and beyond
Donations are welcomed and encouraged! 501C3 has been established which makes any donations to be considered charitable donations. Typical donations are 30-40$ per month.
*USA Wrestling Membership is a REQUIREMENT to participate with XWC Wrestling after the first few classes.

Our traditional GI class will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Be prepared to learn from our incredible instructors who take the time to refine your jiu-jitsu.
We have GI's to borrow if needed.
Classes will be Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30. Come and get your grapple on! If you have saved enough energy through BJJ then stay for Muay Thai right after from 7:30-8:30. Wear comfortable clothing and bring plenty of water.
Learn grips, movement, and leverage!
Elbows, Knees, Striking, and Kicking. This is one of the best work outs you can do to burn calories, all while learning some important skills! Items preferred you bring: Mouth guard, shin guards, head gear, striking pads, and boxing gloves. We have many of these items (especially gloves and pads) and you are welcome to borrow, but it is on a first come basis.
You will sweat in this class! Bring water and as always no shoes on the mat.
Prefer adults only
Incorporate a slew of martial arts from jiujitsu, judo, boxing, grappling, and Muay Thai.
Join us Sundays from 2:00-3:00 and stay after for some rolls and drills at open mat from 3:00-4:00
Headgear, mouth guard, shin guards, water, and boxing gloves.
Exercise clothing or nothing that will scratch the mats.
Rash Guard and MMA/Muay Thai Shorts.
Cost is $10 per class or $34.99 per month and includes MUAY THAI
Killer work out with kicks, punches, and high intensity training.

Have you wanted to get on the mat with your kids and practice some moves? Do you need to work on some fundamentals? Is there just not enough roll time during the week and you need more? Do you want to drill moves until you can't get them wrong? Open mat is perfect for all of that! GI or NOGI- your choice!
Open Mats are held Thursday evenings from 7:00-7:45 and Sundays from 3:00-4:00

Perfect for beginners and individuals with unique needs, as well as the advance yoga practitioner.

Judo and Wrestling

The gentle art of throwing can be enjoyed in a family setting, from ages 4 on up. Professor Gralyn teaches judo for grapplers, traditional judo, and japanse jiujitsu.
Judo Kata- Classical Kodokan Judo
This class will focus on traditional kata practices and forms. This class is geared for adults to allow a slow and complete study of Judo. It prepares adults for kata competitions and life long participation.
ELEMENTARY/ MIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLING
Ages 4 years - 8th grade
Learning the sport of wrestling at an early age is the perfect foundation to enter the next level of learning. Growing the sport with inspirational instructions, who use using positive discipline and foundational techniques, will develop young wrestlers to become exceptional young men and women student athletes.
