Women's Self Defense PRIVATE CLASS

Service Description

This 45 minute class will get you working out and feeling more confident to defend yourself! Working with women only- with an exception of a few male punching bags :) We will train in different scenarios and learn techniques to get out of bad situations and how to fight back! Every woman needs this class! Bring water and wear comfortable workout type apparel without zippers or things that will scratch the mats. Do you have a group of women in your church group, office, book club? Want a fun time making memories with your friends doing something that leaves you empowered? Book a private class just for you and your friends and co workers! 150$ for a class of up to 10 students
